(“Lulus” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: LVLU) today announced the appointment of Dara Bazzano to serve on its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Bazzano will be joining the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
