She will be a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Compensation and Human Capital Committee and is expected to stand for re-election at the 2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting in May 2021, when her current term expires. Additionally, Charles E. Lannon, has announced his intention to retire from the Board at the end of his current term in May 2021.
