HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE American: LNG) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.395 per common share payable on August 16, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 9, 2023.
