LKQ Corporation reported first quarter 2023 revenue of $3.3 billion, maintaining last year's figures, with organic revenue growth of 7.9%. The company achieved a diluted EPS of $1.01, a 7.4% increase year-over-year. Adjusted diluted EPS rose by 4.0% to $1.04, despite a $0.05 negative impact from increased interest rates. We have presented Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Diluted Earnings per Share from Continuing Operations as we believe these measures are useful for evaluating the core operating performance of our continuing business across reporting periods and in analyzing our historical operating results.
