KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) has priced an offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.850% Senior Notes due 2032. The notes will be wholly guaranteed by KKR and its subsidiary, KKR Group Finance Co. XII LLC. Proceeds from this offering will be utilized for general corporate purposes.
