Kismet Acquisition Three Corp. Announces the Separate Trading of Its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants Commencing on April 12, 2021
Moscow, Russia , April 07, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kismet Acquisition Three Corp. (the "Company") today announced that, commencing on April 12, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.
Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) under the ticker symbol “KIIIU,” and the Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols “KIII” and “KIIIW”, respectively.
