Gartner, Inc. (NYSE:IT) (“Gartner,” “we” or “our”) announced the pricing of its upsized offering of $600 million 3.625% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “New Notes”), which represents an increase of $100 million of New Notes from the previously announced amount.
