NEW YORK, March 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- McCann Worldgroup today announced the promotion of Lena Eng to Managing Director of Craft Greater New York. In this role, Eng will lead business growth, client relationships and operations for both Craft New York and Craft Health. 

Previously, Eng was SVP, Integrated Operations Director for Craft New York and CraftHealth New Jersey, a McCann Worldgroup company specializing in Digital Production, Print Production, Broadcast/Content Production, Translation, Global Adaptation and Deployment.

At Craft, Eng heads up operations, overseeing and working closely with her teams on being the key conductors in flawless execution, developing and implementing workflow models to optimize production processes and create efficiency while ensuring high-quality asset delivery for the agency's clients.

Eng graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
