ISG to Evaluate Digital Innovation Services in Brazil
Information Services Group (ISG) has initiated a research study examining digital innovation service providers in Brazil. The study will result in the ISG Provider Lens™ Digital Business Innovation Services 2025 report, scheduled for February 2025 release. The research will evaluate providers across four quadrants: Digital Transformation Services for Large Accounts, Digital Transformation Services for Midmarket, Customer Journey Services, and Extended Reality Services.
The study will analyze how providers leverage emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and IoT to address complex business challenges. ISG has distributed surveys to over 65 providers serving the Brazilian market. The report aims to help enterprise buyers evaluate vendor relationships and available offerings, while supporting ISG advisors in recommending providers to clients.

The study results will be published in a comprehensive ISG Provider Lens™ report, called Digital Business Innovation Services 2025, scheduled for release in February 2025.
