(Fr8App), a North American transportation logistics technology platform company focused on US-Mexico cross-border shipping and a company that is a party to a merger agreement with Hudson Capital, entered into a strategic alliance with Zaro Transportation, the second-ranked company when measured by the number of units as registered with the Mexican Transportation and Communications Secretary. Zaro plans to use Fr8App’s artificial intelligence (AI) and electronic data interphases (EDI) technology to facilitate the delivery of truck freight services to US-based accounts.
