Adeofe, who will lead the Investor Relations function, brings over a decade of experience driving investor strategy at the intersection of technology and finance. She most recently was Senior Manager of Investor Relations and Head of ESG Reporting at Lyft, where she spearheaded the release of the first ESG report for the rideshare industry. Prior to Lyft, Adeofe was a Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Associate in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs, and she previously held roles at Google and Accenture. Adeofe holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Johns Hopkins University.
Adeofe joins Grindr as the company approaches its one-year anniversary as a publicly traded company with several quarters of strong financial performance under its belt. She will be crucial in building out Grindr’s Investor Relations program and engaging with the investor community as the company looks to monetize core aspects of its business and expand its platform and capabilities.
