(NYSE:FPI) (the "Company") today announced it will delay the release of its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, that was previously scheduled for after 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, to before 9 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, August 10, 2020. The conference call to discuss the financial results and provide a company update scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) will take place instead on Monday, August 10, 2020, at 11 a.m. (Eastern Time).
