The appointments are effective February 12 for Carriero and February 17 for Martin, who both bring decades of consumer experience to their respective roles.

Martin will oversee all global revenue-generating activities, focusing on building a scalable, high-performing commercial organization. Before joining Fossil, Martin served as Senior Vice President of Wholesale, Team Services and Omni Operations and Marketplace, North America, at Adidas, where he drove a significant turnaround globally and in North America. Prior to that, he held sales leadership roles at various companies, including 3M.
