(Nasdaq: FCEL) (“FuelCell Energy” or the “Company”) today announced completion of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 50,025,000 shares of its common stock, including the underwriters’ exercise, in full, of their option to purchase an additional 6,525,000 shares of common stock.  Gross proceeds from the offering are approximately $105,052,500, before deducting the underwriters’ discounts and offering expenses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., and Canaccord Genuity LLC acted as joint book-running managers and Loop Capital Markets LLC acted as co-manager for the offering.
