(NASDAQ: FBSS) announced today that its Board of Directors on November 19, 2020 declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share. This represents a $0.50 dividend on an annualized basis.  This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 18, 2020 and will be payable on January 4, 2021.

Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and its principal subsidiary, The Fauquier Bank, had combined assets of $840.3 million and total shareholders' equity of $72.2 million at September 30, 2020.
