Novak will be responsible for driving Fortune Brands’ global operations, including strategic sourcing; manufacturing efficiency and capacity; distribution, planning and logistics; and health and safety. Novak has over 25 years of experience in driving supply chain excellence and operational optimization, including in implementing enterprise systems that streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Prior to his time with Fortune Brands, he worked at General Electric Lighting for 16 years in various roles overseeing transportation, operations and manufacturing plants.

Novak is a United States Army veteran and served for eight years. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
