Kristin has broad human resources acumen across global organizations, and has significant experience in M&A and integrations. She is a proven leader, including having led a large, dispersed HR team supporting over 225,000 team members. She has also led the implementation of strategic HR solutions and programs in dynamic business environments. Papesh joins Fortune Brands from Walgreens Boots Alliance, serving most recently as Senior Vice President, HR Business Partnering, HR M&A and Labor Relations. Prior to that role, she has held roles of increasing responsibility in the HR Business Partner and HR M&A specialties. Before joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, she was with Pfizer from 2015 to 2021, where she held various Human Resource leadership positions, first serving as Vice President, HR Pfizer Essential Health R&D, and then as Vice President, Human Resources, supporting Pfizer’s Worldwide Research, Development & Medical, Global Regulatory Affairs & Chief Business Office organizations. She joined Pfizer when it acquired Hospira in 2015, having been Hospira’s Vice President of Human Resources, Global Commercial from 2014. In her new role at Fortune Brands, Papesh will report to Fink.
Grissom has led Fortune Brands’ Human Resources team since 2015, and will transition to serve solely as Chief Transformation Officer beginning on November 27, 2023.
