It is strategically located at the busy intersection of Candle Lake Road, Federal Road, and Grays Bridge Road, accessed via Exit 11 on Super Route 7. This area is home to such major, national retailers such as Costco, Home Depot, Raymour Flannigan, BJ's, and Kohl's. It is also the same area as Stew Leonard's and a newly opened Big Y supermarket. There are 810 storage units, including 57 desirable drive-up units up to 10' x 30' in size. It is climate-controlled (cooled in the summer, heated in the winter) facility. The design is visually appealing, with facades in soft grays, white, and wasabi green accent panels, trim, and overhead doors.

Extra Space Storage, a publicly traded REIT (NYSE: EXR), will brand, operate, and manage the facility. Extra Space manages 1,400 storage facilities throughout the USA and owns an additional 472 facilities.
