Empire State Building Launches Pop-Up Program With New York-Based Businesses To Offer Guests ESB-Exclusive Drinks And Snacks
The Empire State Building (ESB) is celebrating its 90th anniversary with the launch of a pop-up program featuring exclusive offerings from local businesses. Starting on August 5, 2021, My Cookie Dealer will sell an ESB-themed chocolate chip cookie at a special cart on the Observatory's 80th floor. This initiative will showcase a new vendor every four to six weeks. With a recent $165 million renovation, the Observatory now boasts interactive exhibits and 350-degree views, further enhancing the visitor experience.

NEW YORK, July 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Empire State Building's (ESB) 90th birthday celebrations are about to get even sweeter with the launch of the Empire State Building Observatory pop-up program. The first vendor will be My Cookie Dealer, the acclaimed Long Island-based cookie purveyor that will offer a half-pound, ESB-themed chocolate chip cookie "big enough for its own zip code."
The Observatory's pop-up program is a partnership with New York businesses to provide exclusive ESB creations for Observatory guests. My Cookie Dealer will take residency within the Observatory on Aug. 5, 2021. The Observatory will feature a different business every four to six weeks.
My Cookie Dealer's sumptuous creations will be sold exclusively at the Empire State Building from a special 90th Anniversary cart on the building's 80th Floor. My Cookie Dealer will operate within the Observatory Experience Thursday to Sunday, from 1-6 p.m. throughout the month of August.
