Dono, Jr. has been named Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Most recently, Dono served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Stoneridge, a publicly traded manufacturer of highly engineered electrical and electronic systems, components, and modules for the automotive and commercial vehicle markets. Dono was previously Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Metaldyne Performance Group, a publicly traded producer of powertrain and suspension components for light, commercial, and industrial vehicles.
Earlier in his career, Dono served in a variety of key legal leadership roles with large, multinational companies and private law firms. He earned a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and a BS in economics and business management from Stony Brook University in New York.
