Revised Q2 2022 Business Outlook

Based upon current information, the Company now anticipates second quarter 2022 revenue will be within a range of $64 million to $66 million, exceeding the $60 million to $63 million range provided previously on the quarterly earnings call held on April 28, 2022. The Company also expects Adjusted EBITDA to be positive for the second quarter of 2022.

We have not reconciled forward-looking Adjusted EBITDA to net income (loss), the most directly comparable GAAP measure, because we cannot currently predict with reasonable certainty the ultimate outcome of certain components of such reconciliations, including payroll tax expense on employee stock transactions, that are not within our control, or other components that may arise, without unreasonable effort.
