Defense Technologies International Corp. (DTII) and its subsidiary, Passive Security Scan Inc. (PSSI), have been invited by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to demonstrate the Passive Portal™ Walk-Through Weapons Detector. The Science and Technology Directorate is interested in the unique system and plans to conduct a field test to assess its capabilities. Management is confident in meeting Homeland Security expectations in accuracy, safety, and cost. Eric Forrest, President of PSSI, will oversee testing in August. DTII is known for its Patented 'Passive Scanning Technology' and the non-invasive, zero-radiation Passive Portal™ body scanner.
