DATA Communications Management Corp. (DCM) has officially closed its acquisition of R.R. Donnelley & Sons’ Canadian operations (RRD Canada) for $130.8 million. This strategic move aims to enhance DCM's market position, boosting its estimated pro forma revenues to over $520 million in 2022. DCM is targeting an organic annual revenue growth of over 5% and aims for an Adjusted EBITDA margin exceeding 14%. The acquisition will also expand its client base to over 400 enterprise clients. Rael Fisher, former President of RRD Canada, will join DCM as Chief Integration Officer to oversee the integration process.
