(the "Company" or "Decibel") (TSXV: DB) (OTCQB: DBCCF), a premium cannabis producer and retailer, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kris Newell to the recently created position of Chief Operating Officer, effective as of today. In this role, Kris will be responsible for overseeing the management of Decibel's two licensed cannabis cultivation facilities, as well as its cannabis processing facility.
