Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH) (“Camping World”), America’s Recreation Dealer, today announced an agreement to acquire Carbon Emery RV. This acquisition includes two dealerships conveniently located along historic US Route 6 between Provo and Interstate 70. It is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2023 and will increase the Company’s Utah location count to six.

Carbon Emery North Lot is located at 5129 N. Hwy 6, Helper, Carbon County, UT 84526. Carbon Emery South Lot is located at 4590 N. Hwy 6, Helper, Carbon County, UT 84526.
The new SuperCenters will offer a wide range of new and used RVs from top brands along with a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.
