ACV is comprised of annualized recurring revenue plus contracted-not-billed revenue, which represents the estimated annual contracted revenue for new and existing client opportunities prior to revenue recognition. - Net Revenue Retention Rate: As of December 31, 2021, the net revenue retention rate was

- Extensive product enhancements most notably include the release of Clearwater Prism's external accounting book of record (ABOR) integration with a real estate property management solution and automated client data integration for historical performance which allows asset managers to maintain performance history.
