The notes will be guaranteed by one of CrowdStrike’s subsidiaries, CrowdStrike, Inc., as of the closing date, and thereafter will be guaranteed by any of CrowdStrike’s domestic subsidiaries that become borrowers or guarantors under its senior secured revolving credit facility.
