Callon Petroleum Company (NYSE: CPE) announced that the counterparties of a previously negotiated debt exchange have agreed to exercise nearly all remaining capacity. The transaction involves exchanging $389 million of existing unsecured senior notes for $217 million of new 9.00% Second Lien Notes due 2025.
