In Canada, Century Casinos continues comprehensive sanitizing and social distancing protocols based on Alberta Health Services guidelines and newly established industry standards at each property. In Colorado, Gilpin County is one of three counties to receive certification to move to Colorado's Protect Our Neighbors phase, expanding business operations.
