Cipherloc Corporation (OTCQB:CLOK) announced that Syscall7 evaluated its Polymorphic Encryption Core (PEC) against established performance metrics, confirming its efficacy. Tests conducted using the NIST SP 800-22 suite highlighted that Cipherloc's PEC meets or exceeds AES standards across various metrics, including performance, memory management, and output randomness. CEO David Chasteen emphasized the significance of these results for transitioning to revenue through partnerships, supporting Cipherloc's unique position in the encryption market.

Positive
  • Cipherloc's PEC passed all tests against AES standards.
  • Performance metrics indicate faster or comparable encryption speeds to AES.
  • Successful completion of real-world application testing boosts credibility.
  • CEO emphasizes readiness for market penetration and revenue generation.
Negative
  • None.

AUSTIN, TX / ACCESSWIRE / November 12, 2020 / Cipherloc Corporation (OTCQB:CLOK) ("Cipherloc"), a developer of advanced encryption technology, announced that Syscall7 has successfully completed evaluation of the Cipherloc market-ready Polymorphic Encryption Core (PEC) solution against a number of objective performance metrics. The metrics included tests from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Statistical Test Suite for Random and Pseudorandom Number Generators for Cryptographic Applications (NIST SP 800-22).

"This significant milestone documents the performance of our Cipherloc Polymorphic Encryption Core solution against real-world standards and scenarios," said Dr. Milton Mattox, Chief Operating Officer of Cipherloc. "The Syscall7 test results show that our sale-ready technology performs at or above AES and other standards in operation while staying true to the technology vision for our advanced polymorphic encryption capabilities."

"We worked with Cipherloc to test their Polymorphic Encryption Core solution as compared to AES and other metrics," said Bill David, Principal at Syscall7. "Initial testing earlier this year was used to identify areas to harden and tune performance as Cipherloc built out its platform. The November tests demonstrated the effectiveness of those changes as Cipherloc performed at or above the standards in all tests using a real-world application environment for its technology."

Syscall7 tested the Polymorphic Encryption Core technology performing encryption and decryption functions in a range of scenarios. The tests allowed Syscall7 to compare Cipherloc's Polymorphic Encryption Core to the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in the areas of performance, memory management, randomness of the encrypted output and entropy diffusion. Cipherloc's PEC passed all tests in the November evaluation, memory was managed well, and the encrypt/decrypt performance was as fast or faster than AES depending on the data to be encrypted.

David Chasteen, CEO of Cipherloc stated, "The Syscall7 testing demonstrates both the capabilities of our encryption platform and the results of our work this year to bring the technology to market-ready status for sales through our partners and distributors. We continue to build out our relationships that will help us transition to revenue ahead. We believe Cipherloc brings a unique and compelling solution to the encryption market with distinctive benefits over traditional AES solutions."
