FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 15, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SEACOR Holdings Inc. (NYSE:CKH) (“SEACOR” or the “Company”) today announced that it has completed the redemption of all of the remaining $34,482,000 aggregate outstanding principal amount of its 3% Convertible Senior Notes due 2028 (the “Notes”). The redemption price for the Notes was an amount equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest from the most recent payment date to the date of redemption.
