Cinedigm Signs Worldwide Content Deal with Allied Vaughn Entertainment for over 240 Hours of Content
Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) has partnered with Allied Vaughn Entertainment to enhance its content offerings by adding over 240 hours of premium digital content. This includes 90 films, 25 documentaries, and 6 series, aiming to attract brand advertisers transitioning their budgets to streaming. With over 15 million monthly viewers, Cinedigm's channels compete with basic cable networks. The partnership is expected to further boost Cinedigm's digital monetization efforts and strengthen its position in the OTT market.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced today that the Company has added over 240 hours of content to its content offerings through a partnership with Allied Vaughn Entertainment, one of the largest licensors of Digital, Blu-ray, DVD and 4K content with over 16,000 titles from 200 studios and networks.

Included in the recent acquisition:
- 90 films, including 25 documentaries, such as Finding Home and Brutal Bigfoot
- 6 series, including factual series such as Animal X, Decrypting the Codes series, Ghost Hunters (SyFy Channel) and Magna Carta Unlocked.
