CYBER ENVIRO-TECH ENTERS INTO A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO ACQUIRE A SALT WATER DISPOSAL FACILITY IN THE PERMIAN BASIN
Cyber Enviro-Tech (CETI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire a Salt Water Disposal (SWD) facility in the Permian Basin, West Texas. CETI will work with an established SWD and oil field operating company to restore the facility. The aim is to develop a Pilot SWD facility utilizing advanced technologies for desalinization, water remediation, and converting waste into saleable oil. CETI plans to repurpose wastewater for agricultural use or potable drinking water. The definitive agreement is expected by Q3 2024, with production and revenue generation to follow.
