Mr. DelGrosso’s election to the Board will be effective May 21, 2025 pending shareholder approval at the company’s 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. The Board intends to appoint Mr. DelGrosso to the company’s Nominating and Governance Committee, effective at the time of his election.

Prior to joining Adient, Mr. DelGrosso was president and chief operating officer of Chassix Inc., a privately held automotive parts supplier, from 2016-2018, and president and chief executive officer of Henniges Automotive, a manufacturer of automotive sealing and anti-vibration systems, from 2012-2015.
Mr. DelGrosso serves on the Board of Directors of Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT), a global specialty chemicals and performance materials company, and sits on the compensation committee.
