Proxy votes of the common stock shareholders indicate that Lance T. Funston, Brent Funston and S. David Fineman were re-elected as directors. The Class A shareholder elected Sardar Biglari, Dr. Philip Cooley, Brian Haveson and Michael Dunn as directors.
