BrandywineGLOBAL – Global Income Opportunities Fund (NYSE: BWG) has announced the results of its annual stockholders meeting held on April 14, 2025. Anthony Grillo was elected as Class I Director by common and preferred stockholders, while Carol L. Colman was elected as Class I Director by preferred stockholders. Both will serve until the 2028 annual meeting.
Stockholders also ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Fund's independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2025.
