The shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the symbol 'BVS', with the offering set to close on February 16, 2021. The gross proceeds from the offering are anticipated to be around $104 million, potentially increasing to $119.6 million if underwriters exercise their option for an additional 1,200,000 shares.
