(OTC Pink: BOXS) (“ABM”, the “Company”), an environmentally responsible minerals exploration and development company focused on direct lithium extraction (“DLE”) and other critical minerals for the global energy transition, today announced the appointment of David E. Graber, the company’s Founder, as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors, alongside CEO Sebastian Lux, effective immediately.

Mr. Graber holds an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School in the UK.
