Babylon (NYSE: BBLN) announced $80 million in subscriptions from institutional investors for a private investment in public equity (PIPE) at $0.42122 per share, totaling 189,924,505 Class A ordinary shares. This includes $61.45 million from earlier subscriptions reported on October 17, 2022. The PIPE is set to close around November 3, 2022, contingent on securing at least $75 million in gross proceeds.
