Missouri American Water Spreads Holiday Cheer with Firefighter Grants
Missouri American Water has awarded over $43,000 in grants to local fire departments through its 2021 Firefighter Grant Program, aimed at enhancing community safety. Since its inception in 2016, the program has provided funding for critical equipment and training to more than 150 fire departments. This year, 25 fire protection districts in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties received funding for essential items, including personal protective equipment and fire rescue training tools, supporting over 1.5 million residents served by Missouri American Water.
