(Nasdaq: ATER) (“Aterian” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of its previously announced private placement for the issuance and sale of 6,436,322 shares of common stock (the “Common Stock”), 3,013,850 pre-funded warrants to purchase Common Stock (the “Pre-Funded Warrants”) and accompanying warrants (the “Warrants”) to purchase an aggregate of up to 7,087,630 shares of Common Stock.
