O’Grady, 500,000 restricted stock units (“RSUs”) and 1,800,000 stock options (“options”).
The RSUs and options were granted as inducements material to Mr. O’Grady’s entry into employment with Assertio in accordance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
