KKR Denali Holdings L.P. has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of Class A common stock. The offering is expected to close on December 7, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the offering. AppLovin is not offering any shares of its common stock in the offering.
