On September 9, 2022, Avem Health Partners, notified the healthcare organizations they provide administrative and technology services to that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to 365 Data Centers, on May 16, 2022, they determined that information stored on their serves may have been subject to unauthorized access prior to May 14, 2022. On October 6, 2022, Avem Health Partners determined that the files in the breach resulted in the names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical information and health insurance information of individuals being compromised.
