Developed by Alcon’s Legal and Compliance team in collaboration with Labyrinth Training, The Lens features five interactive episodes addressing various compliance topics. Launched globally in 17 languages, it achieved an impressive completion rate of 81% among associates within 60 days. This recognition follows several other accolades received by Alcon, including awards for leadership and corporate social responsibility.
