("AGC" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: AGC), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") has declared effective the registration statement of Grab Holdings Limited ("GHL") on Form F-4 (as amended, the "Registration Statement") relating to the Company's proposed business combination with Grab Holdings Inc. ("Grab"), Southeast Asia's leading superapp.
AGC recommends its shareholders vote in favor of the proposed business combination and the related proposals described in the Company's definitive proxy statement dated November 19, 2021 contained in the Registration Statement (the "Proxy Statement"), at AGC's Extraordinary General Meeting (the "Extraordinary General Meeting"). The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2021, at the offices of Ropes & Gray LLP, located at 800 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02199, or virtually via live webcast at https://www.cstproxy.com/altimetergrowth/2021, as further described in the Proxy Statement.
