LOUIS, Nov. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) announced today the pricing of a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.95% senior notes due 2027 at 99.981% of their principal amount.  The transaction is expected to close on November 18, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Ameren intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including to repay a portion of its short-term debt.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
