Asgeirsson is a highly accomplished legal advisor with more than 20 years of experience in corporate law. Prior to joining Acacia, Asgeirsson held various senior counsel roles, including at WilmerHale and Entropic Communications, a provider of semiconductor solutions, which was acquired by MaxLinear in 2015.
