(“Almaden” or “the Company”; TSX: AMM; NYSE American: AAU) is pleased to report that, further to its press release of February 17, 2022, the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico (“SCJN”) has published on the website of the SCJN its final decision regarding the mineral claim lawsuit. Based on the initial review by Mexican counsel, the SCJN has expanded on the application of international law and jurisprudence to the implementation of consultation by Mexican authorities with relevant indigenous communities.
