Tres-Or Resources Ltd. (TSXV: TRS) (OTC Pink: TRSFF) is a Canadian diamond exploration company with mineral exploration claims in Quebec and Ontario, Canada, and exploration permits for primary diamond sources in Brazil. The company recently acquired the exclusive right to develop kimberlite diamond occurrences in the Coromandel diamond district of Minas Gerais State, Brazil, through its subsidiary Vaaldiam do Brasil Mineração Ltda. This agreement provides Tres-Or with the exclusive development rights for kimberlite diamond deposits on the Vendome Properties, which have a rich history of producing large, valuable gem diamonds.

The Vendome Properties consist of 7 blocks of mineral licenses covering an area of approximately 29,175 hectares. Tres-Or plans to focus its exploration efforts on 5 of these blocks, where 27 kimberlites have been identified. The company aims to assess the diamond content and economic potential of these kimberlites through fieldwork, geophysical surveys, and drilling. Tres-Or's ultimate goal is to establish a kimberlite processing plant and begin mining operations to recover macrodiamonds.

Under the terms of the Vendome Agreement, Tres-Or has the exclusive right to develop and mine the kimberlite below 20 meters, with Vendome retaining rights to the surficial portion of the deposit. If successful, Tres-Or will pay a royalty fee to Vendome based on the diamond production. The company's technical team has already conducted a preliminary on-site visit to prioritize certain kimberlites for exploration, demonstrating its commitment to advancing the project.
